  • Check-in will be made starting 2:00 P.M.
  • Checking-out the rooms will be made until 12:00 P.M.
  • At our customers’ recquest and whether the hotel has enough space, special tariffs can be applied according to the international practise and regulations, in order to stay in the room after 12:00 P.M., as follows:
    1. for staying until 2:00 P.M. there will be a 20% charge of the displayed tariff.
    2. for staying until 3:30 P.M. there will be a 50% charge of the displayed tariff
    3. for checking-out the room after 3:30 P.M. there will be an 100% charge of the displayed tariff.

Luggage can be kept in the luggage room without charge for 24 hours.


Each person’s check-in will be made by completing an arrival form based on the ID card/ passport.

All children are welcome.

A child older than 7 years old will pay 15 EUR / night/ person if an additional bed is used.
Maximum capacity for additional beds/children beds in one room: 1
Any type of additional bed or child bed is provided at request and must be acknowledged by the hotel.
Supplements are not charged automatically in the total price and will be payed separately during your stay at the hotel.

Arriving and checking –in later than 4:00 P.M. will be announced in advance. Otherwise your booking will be automatically cancelled from the system.

Any booking cancellation would be made by contacting our booking service.

No penalties would be applied if the booking cancellation( in case of booking up to 3 rooms) will be made at least 3 days in advance. Penalty represents the value of the first day of accomodation.

In case there is a booking of 3 or more rooms, the booking cancellation must be made at least 10 days prior the arrival date.

Breakfast is served daily between 07:00 and 10:30 A.M, Saturday between 07:30 and 10:30 A.M. and Sunday between 07:30 and 11:00 A.M. We are  waiting for you in our hotel’s restaurant daily between  12:00 and 11:00 P.M.

In our hotel there are smoking and non-smoking rooms, and in our restaurant and the public spaces there are specially designated areas for smoking.

Both the hotel and the public spaces are supervised by a video system.We do not take responsibility for your forgotten, lost or presumed stolen objects inside our hotel, restaurants and bar.

Our hotel does not own parking spaces but can provide if needed, at your request, paid, guaranteed only after a written confirmation on behalf of our hotel.

We wish to provide the best services and conditions for people with special needs. If you have a special need of any kind, please let us know beforehand so that we can offer you a most enjoyable stay.

The general rule is that accomodation of persons accompanied by pets and birds is not allowed. In exceptional situations and only with the hotel’s approval, accomodation will be made by presenting at your hotel arrival a national/international health certificate (vaccinations included). Charging will be 50% of the equivalent of a person’s accomodation charge.

You can receive visitors in your room between 8:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M., no additional charging. In case you receive visitors in your room between 10:00 P.M. and 08:00 A.M., they will have to pay the rest of the tariff and check-in at the hotel’s reception.

We will never use personal data without your previous approval.

This is a constant concern. Bedsheets will be changed at 3 or 2 days of accomodation, or at our client’s request; the towels will be changed daily.

The client is responsible towards the hotel for any damages done to other clients or hotel personnel, buildings, furniture and hotel equipment if the mistake/ intention can be ascribed to the client. Hotel responsibility does not enlarge upon the motor vehicles or the goods inside them.

We reserve the right of refusing accomodation or restaurant serving for clients under the influence of alcohol, rude or disturbing clients, who through their attitude and behaviour, damage the image of our hotel or disturb other clients.
